Oh Thailand. What can I say? Probably one of the most touristic countries in the world. I haven’t explored your islands, haven’t trekked one of your dense jungles, never been to one of your full moon parties, haven’t been to Phi Phi, and haven’t explored your temples. I’ve heard a lot of good and bad things about you, but I will be honest here, based on my experience on traveling around your northern province – all I can say is that.. I love the places I’ve visited – Chiang Mai and Pai to be specific.

I can attest to that statement. And I have nothing but short of an appreciation to those mentioned towns, it was touristic – yes. But, there’s something that will make people love your towns.

And with all the backpackers I’ve met in your lovely country, my holiday became a of celebration for a new found family. Your country has been great in accepting us, travelers.

I hope next time that I will set foot on your land, I’ll be able to get to know your culture, swim on your amazing islands, trek on your dense jungle, and explore your temples.

I love you Thailand.

Your usual sight in Pai.

Overlooking Pai.

He’s ready to splash that water, don’t you think?

Rob the Man. The guy behind all the social craze of Spicy Thai.

Coping up with bottles of Chang.

That old lady making good old banana pancakes in Pai.

Spicy Pai will make you want to travel the world more.

Canyon Pai Thailand

Sun down hits on the Canyon.

Golden hour.

I am too.

Pink house they say.

Coffee and a slice of heavenly cake, a perfect match for an afternoon idle sesh in Pai.

Blessed are those who wait for the sunset..
